Edit: I got a call the next day from Byte federal and they’re going to be looking into this issue with this specific atm. The representative online was extremely helpful and went out of her way to look into what she could with this issue. Very transparent which is needed in this type of market. When I scan my wallet into the atm, it pops up as the wrong wallet compared to what’s on the screen. It’s also been over 10 minutes and I still haven’t had an update of the funds in my wallet. This is nerve racking on whether or not the funds will actually go to their intended location.
