I was pleasantly surprised at how quick & easy their review of my account went, & I am very grateful to them for actually trying to work with me (as opposed to Coin Flip that began the same day & on 5/31/25 was still stuck in the same rut, sending me the same email & never actually communicating with me). I do have one problem with the ATM, the bill slot is set very low (even for someone 5’4’). It has a specific slot the bill has to go in, so one is practically required to be able to see the bills going in. It means holding the head sideways & the back leaning over. When using the $20 bills from the bank or an ATM, that may mean getting a crick in one’s neck, not to mention back pain. Of course, $100 bills are much preferred but not always available. A dedicated stool would help a LOT. I have another complaint, too. It was the next day before I got my receipts! Others deliver theirs in a matter of minutes once the transaction is completed. The next day is by FAR the slowest I’ve encountered. That definitely needs improvement immediately. I am thrilled to have access to a machine with such high limits, & I commend you for such foresight. I still think your machine should offer a bill counter like the banks use for low denominations buying the same coin & sending them to one destination. How much easier that would be!!
